Goal of Technical Advisory CommitteeThe Technical Advisory Committee is a working-group of municipal water-utility staff, consulting engineers that represent Council of Governments, other federal, state, county, and regional government staff, and nongovernmental organizations. This technical group reports to the Executive Committee with recommendations for formal adoption.
