Latest Research

The work of our partners continues to shed light on the critical challenges facing our drinking water supplies. The Illinois State Water Survey, Illinois State Geological Survey, Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Geological Survey, and other organizations are working to improve the scientific understanding of our water supplies.

This information helps drinking water providers, elected officials, and residents better understand existing conditions and emerging trends. Dig into the details of the latest research and check for additional work presented at the NWPA committees.
