Committees

Organized by two committees, the NWPA members share the latest research and best practices, and work on initiatives to advance the mission.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is responsible for formal decisions and recommendations to member communities and counties regarding water planning topics.

Technical Advisory Committee

The Technical Advisory Committee is a working-group of municipal water-utility staff, consulting engineers that represent Council of Governments, other federal, state, county, and regional government staff, and nongovernmental organizations. This technical group reports to the Executive Committee with recommendations for formal adoption.
